We are a 100% Family owned Australian Business. Since its inauguration in February 1996 the business still maintains the principles of its founder Ian Ramsay.

The business has always had on offer one of Australia's most extensive range of RIDE ON RAILWAY parts, accessories and services at most affordable prices.

The business is owned and operated by the Ramsay family with many of the family members and relatives actively involved in the day to day running of the business.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT,  R&D

Whilst the business is involved in production of many of its inventory we dedicate time and moneys into new ideas and manufacturing strategies. Using modern computerized CNC machinery and manufacturing systems we bring to you our valued customers the most accurate, well designed products the hobby has ever seen.

Using 3D computerized modeling , 3D laser scanning, 3D Printing of prototypes. We then can use finite element analysis of mechanical assemblies ( using modern computer software packages ) so we can prove the design and test our products before production begins.  Our design team with more than 2 decades of experience in these fields are eager to take on the challenges of tomorrows products today.

With electronics advancing and the microprocessor technology now available to the hobbyist we have  embarked on a new frontier. That being of having special software programmed into custom made motor controllers to our specifications. The range of controllers are all "program adjustable" by either the end user or our service department. We have default parameters set up initially so as to meet the needs of most end users. But we can cater for the "Guru's " out there also whenever needed with alterations for specific needs easily met.

Quality Control,

Trained staff thoroughly check every item / shipment to ensure quality and reliability. Quality can not be inspected into a product but needs to be built into it. That is why all our suppliers have to meet our special requirements and often challenging specifications to be on board with us in our supply chain.

Parts,

We carry one of the largest stock of parts for the Ride On Railroad hobby in the Southern Hemisphere. We have a dedicated team whose sole survival is to be there to assist you with your needs both now and in the future.

Training & After Sales Service

Our experienced team members can often assist you over the phone. Alternatively we often hold " training workshops"  for and individual or a small group wishing to learn new things or better ways to use their often inadequate equipment to make extra ordinary things.!!!  These "tips and tricks" are freely given and are often not provided by others in business in the hobby in Australia.

With our own high technology workshop facilities and experienced staff we take pride in our work and services.
